MINNEAPOLIS, April 24, 2023 – CrashPlan today announced it will launch its new CrashPlan Partner Program at the Channel Futures/Informatica Channel & MSP Partner Conference & Expo. The program gives channel partners dedicated resources to make onboarding quick and painless, enhance sales opportunity identification, and shorten time-to-revenue. And, with incumbency protection and CrashPlan’s long lifetime value, it will continue to reliably produce revenue for partners in the program for years to come.

All businesses that resell technology solutions are eligible to join the CrashPlan Partner Program. The initial launch focuses on the North American market (US and Canada), expanding to a global reach in the coming months. The program includes purpose-built support for referral partners, IT value-added resellers (VARs), and service providers supporting end users in a variety of IT disciplines and go-to-market methods The CrashPlan Partner Program provides a full toolbox of reseller enablement resources, including:
- Training, enablement, and certifications to streamline and accelerate onboarding
- Deal registration protection and renewal incumbency protection
- CrashPlan-provided leads
- Ready-to-use co-marketing and customized, partner-specific content
- MDF, SPIFs and VIR
Partners can choose to engage with the program as a Direct or Indirect Partner. Direct Partners will operate in a guaranteed margin program, while Indirect Partners have the option to support revenue and profit in the traditional Discount from MSRP model, available through IT Distribution.
